Hi, I‘m Claire Hackney and I am a former teacher turned full-time novelist and publisher from Cheshire, England. My background in teaching English, Drama, and Media Studies fuels my storytelling passion.
My intrigue for history finds a home in my work, particularly in our 1950s-inspired novels (Meet Me at 10 etc.). Beyond this, I’m set to embark on an exciting path, including finishing the upcoming DI Rachel Morrison crime thriller series.

Vicky Jones
Hi, I‘m Vicky Jones and I’m from Essex, England. I joined the Royal Navy at 20 but felt something was missing. So, I decided to make a bold list of 300 things to do, and my life transformed, especially after attending a writing group to help me write a novel which went on to become a bestseller.
I have also written songs for iTunes and YouTube. One of my songs, "House of Cards," is centred around the theme of bullying. I also co-wrote 'Meet Me at 10' with Claire, a book which deals with controversial societal issues.
I love to travel and have been to around 50 countries - so far! I have also also gained a psychology and criminology degree from The Open University.
My journey is all about being creative, brave, and discovering myself.
