Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, as our physical products are created through a "print-on-demand" service, we do not accept returns, nor offer refunds on these custom-made products. 

Digital products, such as ebooks, are also not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Again, for the reasons set out above, we cannot provide exchanges for our physical books and digital downloads. We appreciate your understanding with this.
